ICWA
My family is definitely constantly immersed in technology, but it has never really caused any problems or devides between us. Even my mom knows how to text and has a facebook. Although she is not as technology savvy as my brother, sister and I she is definitely getting there. Recently she even got a Twitter account. Even though she does use technology daily, I can definitely see a generational gap in terms of the knowledge and implimentation of todays gadgets. Overall technology is a big part of my families life whether its facebooik, twitter or just texting but it does not run my family and has never caused any disconnect between any of us.

This is almost exactly like my family! My mom definitely struggles the most with technology in our family but everyday she learns something new. And technology has actually brought my family closer in some aspects too.
